Refund Policy

All our products are digital downloads. Because we cannot retrieve a delivered digital file, all sales are final.

However, we believe in fair dealing. We will issue a refund within 7 days of purchase in the following cases:

• The PDF download link did not work or was never delivered
• The file is corrupted and cannot be opened
• You received the wrong product

To request a refund under these conditions, email hello@reclaimfocus.us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the content of the guide, as we provide detailed previews and product descriptions before purchase.
